Amit Shah With Babu, Modi Soft on Jagan?

If one closely looks at AP politics, it is crystal clear that the national parties (BJP and Congress) have either no role to play or have a remote role.

Yet the regional parties YSRCP, TDP and Janasena trying their best to be in the good books of the BJP. And BJP too is cashing in on it and trying to play it very safe, opine political analysts.

The other day, Amit Shah attacked YS Jagan & Co and stated that AP topped in corruption in the last 5 years. Shah criticised Jagan Sarkar on the debts, lack of development, and infrastructure and alleged it becoming part of a liquor syndicate.

Shah also hailed Chandrababu and his vast experience. He asked the people of AP to vote for the TDP and BJP alliance in order to develop the state and complete the impending Polavaram and other major irrigation projects.

As PM Narendra Modi is set to visit AP for a public meeting, all eyes are on Modi’s speech. Will PM Modi attack the Jagan government a la Amit Shah? Or will Modi just play it safe and show his softness towards Jagan?

Even senior political analysts are eagerly waiting for Modi’s speech today. If Modi makes a neutral speech, it will prove that BJP is playing its double game with Jagan and Babu.
