Exclusive Telugu OTT platform Aha was launched in early 2020. In this one and a half years, the streaming platform has come up with various Telugu original shows and films. Now, it is all set to venture into a new arena.
Aha is starting a new initiative called Aha Minis, which streams its content on Youtube. The first project of this programme is You Avakai Me Ice Cream. Directed by Bhargav Dasari, this series features Udbhav Raghunandan and Sheetal Gauthaman in the lead roles. Infinitum Network Solutions is bankrolling the project.
Announcing the news, Aha tweeted, “A MINI move to entertain the audience on YouTube. Super excited to present what’s cooking in the #ahaMinis kitchen, #YouAvakaiMeIceCream. Premieres August 6 on @ahavideoIN’s YouTube channel. @Itsudbhav @itsme_sheetal @Psrividya35 @itzbhargav #InfinitumMediaNetwork.”
With this move, it looks like Aha is trying to expand his reach to wider sections of audiences. As Youtube is a free platform, definitely the projects uploaded there will have a better reach. Moreover, Infinitum is a popular production house that has bankrolled various super hit web shows like Software Developer and Surya.
Thus, You Avakai Me Ice Cream may get wide reach right from its premiere. The show will start streaming on Youtube from August 6.
