Anand Deverakonda is currently busy with the shoot of his next film Highway. KV Guhan is the film’s director. Billed to be a thriller, the film unit roped in Bollywood actor Abhishek Banerjee for a crucial role in the film.
Abhishek Banerjee is popular for his performances in Mirzapur, Paatal Lok, Stree, Ajeeb Dastaans, and others. He is excited to be a part of this upcoming Telugu film, under Guhan’s direction.
Anand Deverakonda recently shared a picture on his Instagram profile and revealed that he is excited to make his first step in the Telugu film industry.
“Shooting for a Telugu film is like going back to childhood,” says the actor as he grew up in Tamilnadu where he watched a lot of Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films.
Sharing a still from the film’s sets, Abhishek wrote, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Here is my first step in the Telugu Film Industry. Really excited for this project. Kick starting it with this look. Hoping you guys like it!”
On the other hand, he is also busy with Bhediya, Dostana 2, Aankh Micholi, Helmet and Rocket.
