Popular character artist Hema’s voice message to over 200 Movie Artists Association (MAA) members has created a huge storm in the Tollywood circles. Hema made some serious allegations against current MAA President Naresh and also on the funds. Countering her voice-message, Naresh issued a clarification that he is working sincerely.
Not stopping there, Naresh lodged a complaint against Hema with the Disciplinary Committee that Hema’s voice-message has hurt the image of MAA and urged to take appropriate action against her. UV Krishnam Raju who is the chairman of Disciplinary Committee reacted to Naresh’s complaint and served show-cause notices to Hema.
The Disciplinary Committee has asked Hema to respond to the show-cause notices within three days, else the committee is liable to take severe action against her.
Looks like Hema invited trouble on her own. She could have waited till the next Executive Committee meeting and if the MAA election schedule wasn’t decided, she would’ve gathered support from MAA members.
Now it’s double-trouble for Hema. We have to see how she responds to the notices.
