‘Daakko Daakko Meka’, the first single from Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s hat-trick film ‘Pushpa’ is scheduled to be released on August 13. Meanwhile, the film’s team has released a couple of video promos to step up the hype.
In the latest promo that was released this evening, Allu Arjun looks evil personified. The intensity and monstrosity in his eyes and body language perfectly complement the lyrics “Daakko Daakko Meka… Pulocchhi korukuddhi peeka” as it suggests that Allu Arjun is on the prowl with a sickle in his mouth to sacrifice his prey.
Going by the ambience in the background, the song seems to have been shot in a village festival. While Devi Sri Prasad takes the overall vibe to the next level with his trademark drums and beats, singer Sivam infuses energy into the song with his vocals. Senior lyricist Chandrabose is sure to come up with some hard-hitting lines as always.
Since Pushpa is gearing up for a pan-India release, the makers also released the song promo in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Also starring Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna as the main antagonist and heroine respectively, Pushpa is being produced under Mythri Movie Makers banner.
