Tamil hero Vishal won a legal battle in the Madras High Court against leading production house Lyca Productions. Taking to his Twitter Vishal claimed truth will triumph.
“Always believed that Justice will Prevail & Truth will Triumph. The False Case against me & #Chakra Movie filed by LYCA has been dismissed by the Hon High Court of Madras today & hav ordered them to pay a penalty of Rs 5 lacs for foisting a false case & harassing me,” tweeted Vishal.
However, this is a surprising element as Vishal’s ‘Chakra’ was caught in controversy with producer Ravindran of Trident Arts. Just a day before the release, Vishal tweeted that the hurdles have been cleared and ‘Chakra’ is all set for a grand release.
‘Chakra’ was a cyber-crime thriller directed by MS Anandan. The film released on February 18th but disappointed at the box office.
Vishal will be next seen in ‘Enemy’ and ‘Thupparivaaian 2.’
