Hyderabad DCP criticizes Bheemla Nayak song!

The much-awaited title song from Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Bheemla Nayak was unveiled yesterday on the occasion of the actor’s birthday. Since its release, the song has been getting mixed responses from the audiences.

While some people are raving about it, some are saying that it is not up to the mark. Whatever be the case, it has been getting millions of views since its release.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad East Zone’s DCP M. Ramesh has criticized the lyrics of the song. He said that cops won’t break the bones of those whom the police are paid to protect. He questioned lyricist Ramajogiah Sastry for his choice of words used in the song.

“Thankfully, @TelanganaCOPs are #PeopleFriendlyPolice. We don’t break the bones of those whom we are paid to protect! Surprisingly, @ramjowrites couldn’t find enough words in Telugu to describe the valour of a cop. No mention of service in the song,” tweeted Ramesh last evening.

Neither Sastry nor anyone from the movie’s team has responded to this comment yet.

On the flip side, a section of netizens has appreciated Ramesh for raising his voice while some others stated that it is just another typical Telugu introduction song that amplifies the valour of the lead hero rather than the profession he is acting in and there is nothing serious in it.

Directed by Saagar Chandra, Bheemla Nayak features Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati as the lead heroes.
