Excellent advance bookings for Love Story

Published by

After the second lockdown, many films have hit the theatres but failed to become blockbusters. Audiences are eagerly waiting for that one film that can give the ultimate theatrical experience and become a super success at the box office.

Going by the pre-release buzz, Love Story may become that much-needed successful film Tollywood is looking for. Directed by Shekhar Kammula, this movie is all set to release on September 24. Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi played the lead roles in it.

The advance bookings of this film opened almost 10 days ahead of its release. Since then, the tickets are being sold like hotcakes. Already, most of the theatres in Hyderabad came up with either ‘sold out’ or ‘fast filling’ tags. Going by these advance bookings, it looks like Love Story will open huge across all centres.

The major crowd-pulling factor for this movie is Shekhar Kammula. His last film Fidaa was a huge hit at the box office. Thus, there are a lot of expectations on this movie as well. Moreover, Fidaa and Love Story have a few similarities in terms of the region it is set in (Telangana) and the female lead (Sai Pallavi) as well.

The songs are a huge hit as well. While A-center audiences loved tracks like Aye Pilla and Nee Chitram Choosi, crowds of B and C centres are expected to dance in front of the screens when Saranga Dariya is played.

Sai Pallavi’s mass following and Chaitanya’s class following bring an all-around buzz to this film. Anyway, we have to wait for a few more days to see how well does this movie performs at the box office.
