Shahid Kapoor, who is busy with the Jersey Hindi remake, took to social media to share that he had watched the popular series The Family man 2. Samantha’s Hindi debut as Raji in the series gave her huge accolades and her highly engaging performance made Shahid compliment her too.
The actor also mentioned that he would love to work with Samantha someday. Today, when a fan asked Shahid Kapoor to say a few words about Samantha’s performance in the series, the actor tweeted, “Totally loved her on the show. Would love to work with her sometime.” Currently, this tweet is going viral and Samantha’s fans are very much curious to see how she will respond to Shahid’s generous words.
Samantha took a plunge into Hindi cinemas with Family Man under Raj & DK directorial. Her outstanding performance left her fans, including a few celebs, surprised and proud. Samantha also won the Best Performance in Female (Series) at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
On the other hand, Shahid Kapoor is working with Raj & Dk on a new web series titled Sunny, co-starring Raashii Khanna, Regina Cassandra and Vijay Sethupathi. The untitled web series is a thriller-comedy that will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
