Shruti Haasan, who is on a comeback mode, is all set to do more lead roles in Telugu. Shruti is making her comeback with Ravi Teja and Gopichand Malineni’s Krack. As Shruti recently returned to Hyderabad from Mumbai and is in self quarantine, producer Dil Raju and director Venu Sriram have reportedly met Shruti and offered a special role in Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab, the Telugu remake of Hindi film Pink, which in turn is Pawan’s comeback film after he entered into full-fledged politics.
However, Shruti is said to be not keen on doing limited roles and special roles. Apparently, she has gently turned down the offer made by Dil Raju and director Venu Sriram.
Earlier Venu Sriram had directed Shruti in Oh My Friend, she had acted in Dil Raju’s productions such as Ramayya Vasthavayya, Yevadu and others. Though she shares good rapport with Venu and Raju, she is said to have gently rejected their offer to be part of Vakeel Saab.
Meanwhile, Shruti is being considered to pair up with Pawan Kalyan in Harish Shankar’s directorial and Mythri Movie Makers production. Shruti is also in talks with a couple of other filmmakers.
