Special Ops 1.5 Teaser: Action-packed prequel

Acclaimed director Neeraj Pandey’s espionage thriller Special Ops is one of the most successful web series in the Indian digital arena. Starring Kay Kay Menon in the lead role, this show garnered unanimous positive acclaim from both critics as well as audiences.

Now, Disney+Hotstar is coming up with the second season of this series. Titled Special Ops 1.5, the teaser of this series was unveiled just about a while ago.

Special Ops 1.5 is a prequel of the Special Ops and it traces the backstory of Himmat Singh. Kay Kay Menon has played a younger version of his role in the series.

With long hair and a clean-shaven face, Menon looks completely contrasting from his sophisticated look from the first part. The visuals look exquisite and it seems like we should gear up for yet another action-packed ride.

Aftab Shivdasani, Aadil Khan, Aishwarya Sushmita, Maria Ryaboshapka, Gautami Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Parmeet Sethi, and KP Mukherjee have played the other pivotal roles in the series.

Neeraj Pandey helmed this new season too. It is produced by Shital Bhatia. The release date of Special Ops 1.5 is yet to be announced.
