Anasuya Bharadwaj has been very picky among her film choices right from the beginning. Thus, we have seen her some acclaimed roles in films like Kshanam and Rangasthalam. Anasuya has now indirectly stated that she will go to any extent to play a character if she likes it.
In a recent social media interaction with her fans, Anasuya was asked whether she will go bald if she likes a character. Without having any second thoughts, the actress said, “Surely. If needed.”
With this statement, Anasuya confirmed that she will play a character at any cost if it is an author-backed role.
Meanwhile, Anasuya’s first look from her upcoming film Pushpa was unveiled just about a while ago. She is playing the role named Dakshayani in the movie. The poster looks stunning and the actress is receiving huge acclaim for her makeover in it.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa features Allu Arjun and Rashmika in the lead roles. It is all set to release on December 17.
Apart from this film, Anasuya is also acting in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s film Godfather, which is being directed by Mohana Raja.
