People who work with Power Star Pawan Kalyan couldn’t resist praising him. Be it his co-stars or technicians, everyone will have a lot of good things to say about the actor. They become his admirers after working with him. Costume designer Rajini is the latest entrant to this list.
Rajini is currently working as Pawan’s stylist in his upcoming film Bheemla Nayak. She is also the one behind Pawan’s styling in Vakeel Saab. Pawan’s look in Bheemla Nayak has become an instant hit. Fans are going gaga over his lungi and cop avatars.
Rajini said that as Pawan plays a raw and rustic police officer in the movie, he wanted to keep the styling simple. “He is someone who prefers to keep it simple and apt for the character,” said Rajini in her latest interaction with the Deccan Chronicle.
Rajini also revealed that the star hero tried around 15 costumes in just two hours. “I was shocked that he was game to do so many costume trials; he was very patient and humble. Thanks to him for giving me the freedom to experiment,” she stated.
“We got cotton shirts and complemented them with lungis. I realised he’s always ready to experiment, as he kept telling me to discover all the nuances of the character so that the styling could be superior,” Rajini further added.
Rajini also said that Pawan wanted the lungis to be torn and rusty to look realistic. His idea worked out well as the response for his lungi looks is amazing. Rajini revealed that Pawan will be seen in 6-7 different looks in Bheemla Nayak.
