Apparently, there was news all around earlier that the Hindi release of the film, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa, might not be possible due to issues with the owners of the film’s dubbing rights. Much before making any plans of Hindi release, Mythri Movie Makers actually sold the Hindi dubbing rights of Pushpa to Goldmine Films and they are not willing to give up those rights now, paving way for the direct release of the film in theatres.
Reports are now coming out that the makers of Pushpa have struck a new deal with Goldmine Films and now, that company along with another distribution partner are going to release the film in Hindi as well, that too on December 17th itself.
Currently, the trailer of the movie, which is ready, is getting dubbed in Hindi and very soon that will be unveiled after the release of the 4th song from the film on November 19th. That means Pushpa is the first big film from Tollywood after the pandemic, to release in five languages all at a time including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
With Allu Arjun keen on scoring a big hit in Bollywood as well, we have to see if Pushpa: The Rise will lead to his rise in the Hindi arena as well while he has staggering market already in the Malayalm sector. And to reach the wider section of audiences, already Allu Arjun’s Pushpa team is planning events at various mega cities and they might also go to Dubai and Malaysia if time and budgets permit, in order to promote the film.
