Sometimes, creative differences cause actors or technicians to leave their projects midway. We don’t see these instances very often but they do happen. Star actors and technicians are not an exception in this case because they also face such incidents at some point in their careers.
Star composer Thaman revealed one such bitter experience he faced in his career. In a recent television interview, Thaman was asked which film did he lose after signing it. Without wasting a single second, Thaman said, “Tuck Jagadish.”
“I had completed the entire background score of the movie but Nani garu didn’t like the output. Then, the background score was composed by another music director,” said Thaman.
“That was the first time I faced such an incident in my career. I did it with heart, but I don’t know where I misfired,” he further added. Thaman’s disappointment was seen in his face while he delivered these statements.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Tuck Jagadish featured Nani as the lead hero. While Thaman composed the songs, Gopi Sundar gave the background score for it. Initially, Gopi Sundar was not in the picture but when Nani was unhappy with Thaman’s output, the Malayali composer got roped in.
After he was omitted from the project, Thaman didn’t promote the film. Tuck Jagadish had a direct OTT release on Amazon Prime Video.
