RX100 is being remade in Hindi with senior actor Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles. The film has been titled Tadap and the team is busy with the promotions. Recently Tara reacted to Payal Rajput who expressed her wish to be a part of the Hindi film. Payal jokingly said in one of the interviews that “Of course, I wanted to be a part of Tadap”.
She further added that “it is completely up to the producers and Sajid sir to cast Tara Sutaria in my place. I am happy with the cast; it’s a stellar cast, no doubt in that. But, of course, I wanted to be a part of Tadap. Who would say no to that? Can you see tears in my eyes? I am sad”.
And soon after, Tara Sutaria was asked about the same during Tadap promotions. She reacted “First of all, Payal, you are fab in the movie. But, I am very grateful that I get to play Ramisa in this one. She was incredible. I think both of us have emulated so much from Karthikeya and Payal as well from RX 100. This one is really special and I am really grateful to Sajid sir and Milind sir for giving it to me. So, sorry Payal”.
RX100 became a huge BO success in 2018. Moviegoers loved the way director Ajay Bhupathy portrayed love, passion, sex, lust, revenge etc emotions on screen in a challenging manner. But among several aspects, it is the female lead Payal Rajput’s glamour that grabbed the attention.
