Tamil hero Chiyaan Vikram has tested positive for COVID-19. Hearing the news, fans are worried about the 55-year-old star. However, film Box-office tracker Kaushik LM shared the news on Twitter that Vikram has very mild symptoms and there is nothing to worry.
The actor has isolated himself at his home in Chennai according to his doctor’s advice. Netizens have been sending prayers for Vikram ever since the news came out and several fans wished him a speedy recovery through their social media handle. #GetWellSoonChiyaan is also currently trending on social media.
Recently, Kamal Haasan had tested positive for COVID-19 after his return from the US. He then isolated himself in a private hospital in Chennai and recovered quickly and is back to work now. On the work front, Vikram was last seen in Kadaram Kondan, which was released in 2019.
The actor recently finished dubbing for Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan in which he plays Chola emperor Aditya Karikaalan. He also has Ajay Gnanamuthu’s Cobra, Karthik Subbaraj’s Mahaan and an untitled film with Pa Ranjith in the pipeline.
