Actually, the talk in Film Nagar is that the makers of Pushpa have carved out a four-hour film already and they have to shoot just one more hour of content in order to bring out the second part of the film. They say that director Sukumar has cut out the extra scenes from the already shot thing, and brought out Pushpa 1 for the audiences. How much of this is true?
Some inside buzz is coming out that all those portions that Sukumar left on the editing table actually belong to the First Part of the film only but doesn’t contribute to Part 2. Only some 10-15 minutes of final cut from the already shot portion will be useful for the Second Part, Pushpa: The Rule, and Sukumar has to shoot for another 100 days easily to make the sequel.
This is quite surprising for even Allu Arjun’s fans as they are thinking that the director will carve out the sequel pretty quickly and come up with the movie quickly into the theatres. But it looks like the film might take another 8-10 months easily to get wrapped and released, or it might release on December 17th itself in 2022.
One thing that has to happen is that Pushpa 2 must not have the lag and length like the first part, and that will help the film get blockbuster talk then.
