Popular actress Sunny Leone’s latest video song “Madhuban” clocked 11 million views in 4 days of release, but then, it might get the view rate going up sharply as it created enough controversy already. With Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra other day warning ‘Saregama’ channel to take down the song or face legal action for hurting Hindu sentiments, things turned worse.
In fact, many people down south don’t understand why does the song hurts Hindu sentiments when they are enjoying the much sexier item number like “Oo Antava”. The fact is that the lyrics of Sunny Leone’s Madhuban actually discuss the love story of Lord Krishna and Radha. The lyrics go like “Nache Madhuban Mein Radhika” and with Sunny appearing in a sizzling avatar for that song, many Hindu leaders also alleged some objections.
Though Saregama has officially reacted other day, explaining that they are going to change the lyrics and some of the objectionable clips from the video song in 3 days of time, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister gave 3 days deadline to remove the song or face consequences.
Currently Saregama disabled the comments section on the video and Sunny remained total silent on the issue, while she is promoting her Christmas celebrations along with another music video ‘Machhli’.
