Dhanush Wants To Act In Biopics Of Two Biggest Stars

Biopics have become a trend in the Indian film industry for the last few years. Even big stars are showing keen interest in acting in biographical dramas. Even Dhanush is no exception.

The two-time National Award winner hasn’t acted in any biopic yet but wants to act in these biopics if given a chance. In a recent interaction during the promotions of his film Atrangi Re, Dhanush was asked if he would like to act in any biopic.

The Asuran actor said yes and revealed that he wants to act in Rajinikanth and Ilaiyaraja’s biopics if given a chance. He stated that he admires both of them a lot and that is the reason why he wants to act in their biographical films.

It has to be seen if any filmmaker comes forward to fulfil Dhanush’s wish.

Dhanush’s Atrangi Re had a direct premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on December 24. Directed by Aanand L Rai, this film features Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar in the other lead roles.

Recently, Dhanush announced his Tamil-Telugu bilingual film, Sir (Vaathi in Tamil), which will be directed by Venky Atluri. Apart from that, he also announced another Telugu-Tamil bilingual film with director Shekhar Kammula.
