No Clue In Which Kirana Store Nani Worked: YCP Min Nani

Published by

The on-going controversy about movie ticket prices in AP is a never ending episode but the Tollywood industry biggies are trying their best to settle it down at the earliest. On Tuesday 19 prominent distributors in Andhra region along with FDC chairman Vijayakumar Reddy met AP cinematography ministers to discuss the issue.

Having met the minister, the distributors placed their proposals before him. This meeting lasted for nearly two hours and distributors also brought the issue of raids on theatres to the notice of the minister. However, minister Nani reminded the distributors about improving the facilities in cinema halls. “The government did give time to provide better logistics in theatres and to make sure the cinema halls have adequate amenities, the raids are being held,” replied the minister to distributors.

Also Perni Nani reacted to Tollywood heroes’ comments on ticket prices and questioned why they (heroes) are really concerned. “I have no clue whether Nani worked in a general store in the past,” satired Perni Nani and on hero Siddharth’s tweets, the YCP minister added that he (Siddharth) might have taken a jibe against Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin.

Moreover why Tollywood are heroes overreacting on ticket prices, asked Nani and lastly he promised the distributors that the state government will definitely look into the proposals sent.

A while back Kodali Nani also made cryptic comments against hero Nani and now Perni Nani. On the other hand, the AP government appointed a 11 member committee with Home Secretary Kumar Viswajeeth heading it to work on cinema ticket prices.
