Icon Star Allu Arjun’s latest outing ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ is still reporting decent footfalls in cinemas and the collections are on par with that of day one. However with Covid-19 restrictions on theatres being implemented across several states in the country, ‘Pushpa’ is getting ready for OTT streaming.
Amazon Prime acquired the digital rights of ‘Pushpa’ and the film is set to get streamed from January 7th. “He’ll fight. He’ll run. He’ll jump. But he won’t succumb! Watch #PushpaOnPrime, Jan. 7 In Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada,” tweeted Amazon Prime India’s verified handle.
January 7th marks three weeks of ‘Pushpa’ theatrical release but the Hindi version of the film will not be available this early. The Hindi version is likely to be made available on YouTube with Goldmine Telefilms having the rights.
Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa’ is based on red sanders smuggling. The film opened to mixed talk but the collections were stunning. The film emerged as the biggest hit in Allu Arjun’s career.
