At a time when her popularity reached the peaks in Tollywood as a star heroine, many thought that seductive siren Shruti Haasan would go beyond the likes of Kajal Agarwal and Samantha. But then, she chose to relocate to London with her then-boyfriend and completely distanced from films. Now that she’s back with films like Prabhas’ Salaar, surely her craze is shooting up again.
With director Gopichand Malineni convincing her, Shruti has now agreed to become the leading lady of Nandamuri Balakrishna for the upcoming film of the director.
The latest buzz is that she has now given nod to romance Megastar Chiranjeevi as well in director KS Bobby’s film which is tentatively titled Waltair Vaasu. Reports are coming that she has agreed to do the film but hasn’t signed the dotted line yet.
Back then, when she was asked to become the leading lady of Megastar’s film, she rejected it saying that she can’t act as Chiru’s heroine as the senior hero is of her father’s age, and then she acted as his son Charan’s heroine. But it looks like things have changed for once and forever, and Shruti is now not worried about such limitations.
