When the poster of senior hero Rajasekhar’s latest film “Sekhar” was out in the market a month ago, many doubts rose in the world as to why Jeevitha directed this film, while another director was supposed to handle this remake initially. But now, with the film’s release around the corner, the senior actress cum filmmaker revealed why she took that decision.
“When Rajasekhar garu was in ICU last time due to covid, it took almost a month for him to recover. This happened exactly a week before the supposed shoot start date of Sekhar movie. And then I’ve decided to direct the movie myself” said Jeevitha, giving a clue that she thought she would handle the last ever film of Rajasekhar if at all anything bad happens to him. Speaking on a talk show, she revealed this in the promo itself and we have to see what will she further say about it.
Meanwhile, she stated that Sekhar showcases Rajasekhar in a completely different avatar and everyone will be proud of his work. This film happens to be a remake of the Malayalam film Joseph which happens to be a runaway hit at the box office. The film deals with a police investigator who unravels the culprits behind various murder mysteries involving organ transplantation.
