Just after days of giving a call to Opposition parties to come together against the BJP, Telangana Chief Minister KCR will be leaving for Mumbai today. He is scheduled to meet his Maharashtra counterpart Uddhav Thackeray and NCP chief Sharad Pawar. TRS said that Shiv Sena supremo Uddhav Thackeray invited KCR and his team to lunch.
KCR, whose focus is now on national politics, will leave for Mumbai today and will return to the city by tonight. It is reported that the duo will discuss the national political issues during the meeting. Earlier, KCR slammed the BJP and said that it should be “expelled” from the country or else the country will be “ruined”.
Several flexi and hoardings were erected at Maha State as a special attraction with KCR, Bal Thackeray and Uddav Thackeray pictures. As a part of his anti-BJP campaign, KCR will first discuss with Thackeray and then proceed to Sharad Pawar’s residence to further hold a meeting regarding national political issues.
Meanwhile, Thackeray not only appreciated KCR’s efforts towards holding the country’s federal spirit but also extended solidarity in combating against the BJP and its ‘anti-people’ policies. Since KCR also received the support of former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) president HD Deve Gowda, it is reported that the CM will go to Karnataka after the end of the Mumbai tour.
