Director Trivikram Srinivas in his maiden speech for ‘Bheemla Naayak’ movie commented in a controversial way that the current generation actors are far superior to the actors of 1980s and 90s. However Trivikram apologised for his comments yet he justified.
“Sorry if my statements hurt a few of them but I felt so. In the last five to six years, I have worked with many actors and I noticed great transformation among the actors. Their understanding towards cinema, craft, they know a lot of things than just delivering a dialogue or changing their look. They have a deeper understanding of things,” said Trivikram.
Trivikram also gave credit to director Saagar Chandra for handling Pawan Kalyan sensibly. “Kalyan garu is a huge star and we did not want Saagar to get intimidated by his presence. So me, Naga Vamsi and China Babu garu turned a bridge to convey something to Pawan,” said Trivikram.
Complimenting music composer Thaman, Trivikram added that he is interacting with music these days. “The greatest thing about Thaman is, once we narrate a scene to him, he discovers an angle that we don’t visualise. He talks about the unsaid thing of that particular scene with his music and that’s why he is able to touch many hearts. This is just the beginning of Thaman and he has a long way to go!” added Trivikram.
