Telugu Indian Idol First Week Went Beyond Expectations

Published by

One of the popular singing reality shows, Indian Idol, has gained an abundance of fandom with its successful seasons in Hindi. And the show has finally aired its first two episodes in Telugu as well. If there’s anything that remains the same, it’s the audience’s love for the show. The first week of the Telugu version is a massive success.

The judges – Thaman, Nithya Menen, and Karthik are rocking the judges’ panel. Special shoutout to Thaman for his energy and hilarity. His punches and oneliners are undoubtedly keeping the exuberance of the show alive. Nithya and Karthik are being genuine to the contestants and pouring out their filterless emotions.

Meanwhile, talking about contestants, a bunch of them were highly impressive. 16-year-old Vaishnavi from Hyderabad has impressed the audience so well that Thaman said that he will inform AR Rahman about her. A judge promising that he would ask ARR to compose a song with the girl is a big thing. Vaishnavi sang Yadike from Kadali and moved the judges with her terrific control over notes.

Other contestants that grabbed attention were ViVa sisters from Nellore, where both of them won the golden tickets to the next round. And Maruti, who had big dreams of becoming a famous singer one day. The man is working as a hotel server for a living and his story left Nithya Menen in tears. In a show, where the prestigious judges are in search of its most-talented singer, a few funny contestants also turned up and left viewers into splits with their hilarious performances.
