Prabhas latest film “Radhe Shyam” got released amidst high expectations the other day but reeled with mixed talk. Until the first Monday, we might not get a clear clarity on how the film is going to perform at the box office, however, the target this film should achieve to save distributors is pretty huge.
On it Day 1, Radhe Shyam managed to get a worldwide share of ₹ 31+ crores including the overseas territory. Considering the fact that the movie is a big one, we have to say that this is a very ordinary start.
Because the film was sold for almost ₹ 210 crores across the globe, with Telugu states itself raking up ₹ 107 crores business. And on First Day, the film managed to get ₹ 25+ crores from Telugu states and collecting the rest of the money without any % of loss is a big thing related to Prabhas’ fame and box office stamina.
Meanwhile, the film Radhe Shyam will have only good two weeks to do miracles because Rajamouli’s mighty magnum opus RRR is hitting cinemas on March 25th, thus getting ready to occupy most of the theatres in Telugu states and in Bollywood as well.
Will Radhe Shyam be able to finish its ₹ 210 crores target before the arrival of RRR? Let’s see what happens.
