However, this time, the talk has that Nandamuri Balakrishna wants to do this remake, but finally things are said to have changed.
Some enthusiasts are said to have met Balayya and pitched with him the idea of the Malayalam film “Bro Daddy” remake. Though the actor is against remakes, he is said to have liked the Prithviraj directorial immensely which features Mohan Lal and Prithvi Raj in the lead roles as father and son.
However, in the end, Megastar Chiranjeevi is also said to have ‘yes’ to the project. With the matinee idol already remaking Prithviraj’s other film “Lucifer” as “God Father”, the makers opted for Chiru only.
The film has this storyline of the hero and his son making their respective spouses pregnant at the same time. And with this, Chiranjeevi is likely to act as a father to a grown-up son and ends up impregnating his wife, while the son character impregnates his girlfriend, giving a crucial twist to the film. How far mass audience would love to see Chiru in this Daddy role is something we have to wait and watch.
