Adhira First Strike: Magnum Opus

Published by

Director Prashanth Varma successfully introduced Teja Sajja as hero with the superhit Zombie Reddy and he is presently making a superhero film Hanu-Man with the same actor. Now, he has taken the responsibility of introducing DVV Kalyan as the lead actor with Adhira.

Rajamouli, NTR and Ram Charan have unveiled the first strike of Adhira and also a small glimpse that briefs about the theme of the movie. The first strike is surely striking to the core, as it presents Kalyan as a superhero with superpowers. Holding a weapon in backbone shape, Kalyan is seen creating a thunderstorm here. He looks intense in the poster and his getup is also very impressive. Kalyan seems to have trained well for his film debut, as he looks strong enough to play a superhero. He indeed looks a hero material.

Coming to the glimpse, it starts off with the protagonist taking on some baddies, using his special power. Then, the childhood episode is shown where the kid gives electric jolt to a villain. Besides that, he also safeguards people, using the same powers. The promo ends with a banging episode of the superhero producing electrical energy through his weapon.

There are few high moments in this small video that gives raise to the superhero character. Kalyan is just superb in the role and he looks apt in the getup. The first strike and the glimpse are highly admirable. We get a feel of watching a magnum opus.

Dasaradhi Shivendra’s cinematography is majestic, while Gowrihari’s BGM is masterly and production deign of Primeshow Entertainment is first-class.
