Undoubtedly, KGF 2 is one of the most awaited films of 2022 and the team is busy prepping up for a grand trailer launch on March 27 in Bangalore. The makers have also recently unveiled the first song, Toofan, and are now all set to kickstart their three-week campaign for the release.
The founder of Hombale Films, Vijay Kiragandur, who is also producing KGF2 told the media that the trailer is going to be their biggest event where people from across the industries will be attending. “We are in talks with a big Bollywood personality to host the event,” says Vijay. They are also confident that the show will have several memorable highlights.
The makers perhaps stuck to the idea that a mere two-week gap from the trailer to release would be apt because they didn’t want to get lost in between other big films. The producer said that “In Karnataka, Puneeth Rajkumar’s James was released and we wanted to commence our campaign after the release of his film. We started our journey with him, and we did not want to have a clash of our campaign with James.”
Fans are awaiting the trailer now as the teaser has created records. The film will be released on around 6000 screens in India and the producer said that their distributors are working with partners to reach that figure. KGF 2 will be released on April 14, 2022.
