Director Boyapati Sreenu carved a unique place for himself in the history of Telugu cinema as none could handle the kind of action sequences and drama he makes. However, going by the craze of Akhanda movies, now Boyapati wants to do some bigger movies.
It is known that Boyapati Sreenu is actually teaming up with young hero Ram Pothineni for his next. A piece of news is doing rounds that the director quoted almost ₹ 80 crores budget for the film, and that might touch 100 crores easily While Boyapati’s last film Akhanda collected humongous number from the box office, Ram’s last film “Red” collected only ₹ 13 crores share from the box office, while total theatrical business fetched ₹ 16 crores.
At the same time, Boyapati’s Akhanda collected nearly ₹ 69+ crores from the box office after getting sold for ₹ 56 crores. Going by all these calculations, many wonder how come the director is getting ready to spend ₹ 100 crores on such a struggling hero. However, if Boyapati pulls out this feat effortlessly, surely his name will go beyond boundaries.
