Always known for her high intense workouts, top siren Samantha Ruth Prabhu makes sure that she never misses the jump. Even if she is busy with her work schedule, the star heroine makes sure to pump iron with the help of her trainers. And right now, she is said to be preparing for a physically demanding year.
Other day Samantha shared a video where she started taking freestyle squats with a 30 KG weights bar over the head. Pushing the weights with her strong shoulders, the actress is making sure that her back and waist get toned this way, while she develops strength as well.
Back then, she used to do these weight bar squats with almost 50-70 KG weights too. Samantha revealed that she has a mentally challenging and physically demanding 2022-23 ahead, and hence she is preparing for the same.
Apparently, Samantha is already doing some heavy-duty stunts for her upcoming movie Yashodha, while she has to do similar stunts for her Bollywood series where she features alongside Varun Dhawan. And she has a Hollywood project in hand, while a couple of Bollywood action movies might fall in her pipeline. So, there is a point for Samantha to push herself quite hard.”Strong Body, Strong Mind” the actress say, as she lifts the weights.
