​Huge Task Ahead For Aamir Khan

The humongous success of RRR and KGF 2 in North India has terrified the Bollywood makers. Especially, KGF 2 has now become the highest opening day grosser ever in Hindi speaking belt. The only Hindi hero who can beat this record is Aamir Khan.

Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist is coming up with his next film Laal Singh Chaddha on August 11. Directed by Advaith Chandan, this movie features Kareena Kapoor Khan as the female lead. It is an official remake of the 1994 Hollywood blockbuster Forrest Gump.

Unlike KGF 2, Laal Singh Chaddha is a comedy-drama, which doesn’t have any commercial or heroic elements.

The masses of this generation are expecting larger-than-life films in theatres. They are not showing interest in going to the theatres to watch dramas and comedies.

So, it will be a tricky situation for Aamir to pull the crowd to the theatres. We have to see how far can he succeed in bringing the masses to the theatres.

If he fails to beat KGF 2’s opening day record, then it will be a huge setback for his stardom.
