Of course, the whole of India already witnessed the visual marvel created by legendary SS Rajamouli in the form of “RRR” on the silver screen. And then, few people actually think how this India’s superstar director created some scenes, and some think, they are just a work of Computer Graphics. But if you watch how things are done, then surely we can’t stop appreciating Rajamouli more.
Apparently, for the train blast sequence which happens to be the first-ever meeting between Ram and Bheem inside RRR, Rajamouli and his team worked quite hard we have to say. To create the scene, they have relied completely on visual effects, but then, they have crafted various pieces and assembled them well. Firstly, only two pillars of the train bridge were erected in Ramoji Film City to shoot NTR and Charan’s part. To shoot the oil-wagons clash, they got miniatures of the train made in the USA and then brought them to RFC for the shoot.
Afterward, a team for Surpreeze VFX, Denmarks visited British-era road-rail-bridge in Rajahmundry and scanned the whole area for textures and geography. Later they assembled the total things at their visual effects studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, adding more fire and other elements. Finally, the scene turned out to be a high-intense action drama that gave everyone goosebumps.
Other day, the VFX studio that delivered this sequence has released the behind-the-scenes video of this particular sequence, which is now garnering huge attention on YouTube. Surely one can’t stop appreciating the work of all these people involved under Rajamouli’s leadership to deliver such stunning stuff. Well, that explains why Rajamouli takes years to craft a movie.
