Malayalam director Alphonse Puthren is just two films old but is a star director in the industry. While his maiden film Neram was a sleeper hit, his second film Premam went on to become an industry hit. It has been more than seven years since Premam hit the screens.
After this long gap, Alphonse Puthren is coming back with his third film Gold. Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara in the lead roles, the introduction teaser of this movie was released a few months ago and got a good reception from the audience.
Now, the makers have unveiled the first look poster of the movie. This poster has not only featured Prithviraj and Nayanthara but also the entire cast of the movie.
We can see supporting actors Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinay Forrt, Roshan Mathew, Ajmal Ameer, Krishna Sankar, Shabareesh Varma, Baburaj, Lalu Alex, Jagadish, Saiju Kurup, Deepti Sati, Suresh Krishna, Shanti Krishna and a few others in the poster.
Touted to be a comedy-drama, Gold may hit the screens in August this year. Rajesh Murugesan is composing the music for the film.
