Rajamouli’s spectacular visual wonder was released in March this year, but there is no sign of a decline in the craze that the film garnered. Despite the film ending its theatrical run at the box office and getting released on OTT, word of mouth is still strong on social media. Surprisingly, unlike any other Indian film in the recent past, RRR is now gaining special attention from a foreign audience.
RRR was screened in the USA in theatres after its theatrical run ended. Many high-profile celebrities and top Hollywood filmmakers caught up with the film and shared their feedback on social media.
Now, adding to the list of the admirers of RRR, Paul Hermelin, the chairman of software giant Capgemini, challenged his Indian friends to match the dance steps of NTR and Ram Charan from the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ (Naacho Naacho in Hindi).
Interestingly, Paul took to his Linkedin profile and shared his views about the Naatu Naatu song. “This video has been released only a few weeks ago, but it has become a ritual. Can you match the steps and follow? This week, I welcome videos of my Indian friends matching them,” he wrote.
Team RRR came across the post and shared it on Twitter. “The Chairman of @Capgemini posted about Naacho Naacho on his LinkedIn and challenged his Indian friends to match our duo’s dance! Hope you had a great trip to India, Paul Hermelin,” wrote team RRR.
