‘Pakka’ Tensions For Prabhas Fans

For the last few months, it is being reported that director Maruthi will collaborate with Prabhas for his next film. Even Maruthi confirmed the same in his recent interviews. It is heard that the shooting of this movie will start in August or September this year.

Meanwhile, Prabhas fans were eagerly waiting for the release of Maruthi’s latest film Pakka Commercial, ever since the news of him joining hands with Prabhas came out. Pakka Commercial was released the other day and has been receiving a poor response from the viewers.

Though a few comedy sequences worked, overall the movie turned out to be very bland and boring, opined the audience. Even Prabhas fans were highly disappointed after watching the film. They are now worried about their favorite hero’s project.

The only star hero Maruthi worked with is Venkatesh. Their film Babu Bangaram was a flop. Maruthi worked with Nani for Bhale Bhale Mogadivoy but Nani was not a star at that time. So, Prabhas fans are now skeptical about Maruthi’s capabilities of handling a star project.

Maruthi’s last two films, Pakka Commercial and Manchi Rojulochayi turned out to be disappointing ventures. At this point, fans feel that making a film with him will be a huge risk for Prabhas’s pan-India stardom. Amidst these worries, we have to see how Maruthi handles Prabhas’s film.
