Apparently, a strong gossip started doing rounds that hero Naga Chaitanya has done something like a “Pokiri” movie-inspired fight sequence in his upcoming film “Thank You” movie. And the extension of this rumor is that those scenes were all chopped down from the final cut of the film for reasons unknown.
They say that there are scenes in the movie where Chay will be visiting a theatre playing Pokiri movie along with his friends. With this film dealing with the protagonist’s three stages of life, such vintage references obviously help the story understandable and also make the screenplay move forward effectively. But with Pokiri reference scenes being cut, some movie lovers are unhappy now, until the “Thank You” team busted the whole of this rumour.
As per “Thank You” teammates, scenes involving any theatre fight or Pokiri reference fight were never written and were never shot. While the team has cut out some scenes to make sure that final runtime of the film will be a crisp ‘2 hours 9 minutes’ they are not said to have shot or deleted any scenes that are being rumoured in the social media.
