Ahead of his movie Liger release, Vijay Deverakonda is everywhere. He is promoting the film in all the corners and the latest happening is that she joined the couch Ananya Pandey at Koffee With Karan Show. The questions and discussions from the previous episodes that had Vijay’s name already came out. Now is the turn of Vijay to respond to them.
Karan asked Vijay about a lot of things and that interests us is about his relationship status. As expected, Karan Johar put the question of Vijay’s relationship with Rashmika Mandanna. The actor kept it plain without any hints or doubts. Vijay said Rashmika is a darling and he’s really fond of her.
Vijay said, ‘We’ve done two films together in the early years of my career. She’s a darling and I’m really fond of her. She’s a really good friend. You share so much through films, lots of highs and lows and a bond gets created. Generally, in films, I think you are put in such close proximity very quickly that your bonds develop much quicker. Normally, to sit and look at a girl in the eye and talk to her it would take me a while. But suddenly a director is putting me next to her and asking me to do a montage where I’m touching her cheek and brushing her hair. Suddenly, lots of ice is broken.’
Vijay also said he doesn’t want to reveal his relationship status, because that would break his fans’ hearts. Vijay says he is happy in life and a really good relationship with parents. ‘Like someday I’ll be married and I’ll want to have kids. That day I will say it out. But till then I wouldnot like to hurt anybody who adores me’, he said.
When asked about Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor, Vijay said Sara is ‘witty and funny’ while Janhvi Kapoor is ‘Cute’. When asked about his ‘Kushi’ co-star Samantha, Vijay said she is amazing, a darling and an incredible woman.
