Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur’s Sita Ramam is said to have made a 50 Crore gross world-wide as per trade reports. With this, the period war romantic drama has entered this Rs 50 Crore-club with the Sunday collections.
This is a special feat because a non-star movie has got there after two months of absolute distress at the box office. Sita Ramam has got long run in to its second week. The trade is expecting that today will be another big day due to Independence day holiday.
At the US Box Office, the movie crossed the One Million Dollars mark, another feat. The makers estimate the movie to have further run in the coming days as positive word of mouth is working like a charm with all sections of audience.
