Vijay Devarakonda is coming up with the film “Liger” on August 25th and he is promoting it big time across the country right now hoping that the Puri Jagan directorial will score big. During these promotions, he is making some interesting comments and revealed about Megastar Chiranjeevi too.
Apparently “Liger” means a cross breed of Lion and Tiger. When some media folks asked who according to Vijay D, are the Lion and the Tiger of Indian Film Industry, he gave some interesting answers.
“According to me Megastar Chiranjeevi and Rajnikanth are the lion and tiger of the film industries. For me, Chiranjeevi Sir is an idol as my dad kept telling me from childhood how he has gotten to this stage from literally nothing”, said Vijay.
He further added that whenever he meets Chiranjeevi, he likes to hear about the things related to the Megastar’s journey so far. Recently Chiru and Salman visited the shooting spot of Liger in Mumbai, and Vijay D interacted with them for a short while. The actor revealed that he has met the Megastar many times earlier too ever since he has shot to fame after Taxiwala and Arjun Reddy.
