Sci-fi entertainers and time travel concepts usually have typical storylines. But we haven’t seen emotional tales in the genre. Sharwanand’s landmark 30th film Oke Oka Jeevitham is a sci-fi family entertainer with mother-son bonding as the core point. Music composer Anirudh Ravichander has unveiled the film’s trailer.
Sharwa is introduced as a young musician who reaches next stage in a music competition. But he is unable to focus, because someone who’s always beside him to support and cheer is not with him. Under these circumstances, he gets an opportunity to meet the someone- his mother who passed away few years ago.
He gets second chance to change the fate in form of the scientist played by Nasser who discovers a time machine. It seems, there’s lots of drama in the past and one incident made him lead a purposeless life now. Along with him, Vennela Kishore and Priyadarshi have issues in the past. Ritu Varma appeared as Sharwa’s love interest.
Sharwanand makes us emotional with his remarkable acting as an aspiring musician. Vennela Kishore and Priyadarshi are too good in the supporting roles. Ritu Varma played her part efficiently. However, Amala Akkineni makes big difference with her screen presence as Sharwanand’s mother.
Shree Karthick picked a concept that is high on content, and he did well in balancing all the emotions in right proportions. The production design of Dream Warrior Pictures is top-notch, since the graphics work is on par with some big-budgeted movies of stars.
The trailer that tickles your soul with its deep emotions has set the bar too high on the movie set for release on September 9th.
