Because Nagarjuna is seen as an 80 year old man in the promo, wearing white coloured hair and similar moustache. Though his body language allows him to play a 45-year-old easily, this showcasing of old age looks is being discussed everywhere now.
The main reason is that, Nagarjuna doesn’t want to bank on the fact that he is ‘Manmadhudu’ as that age and time has already passed. And to connect with the new generation, he must play not just young age, but also the old age. Looks like he has first experimented that with Bigg Boss promos and might see more such in the coming days on the screen.
