Friday BO: All The Three Disappointed The Moviegoers

Telugu Film Industry has seen back to back hit films in recent times with the likes of Bimbisara, SitaRamam, Karthikeya 2 and Oke Oka Jeevitham getting massive positive talk after the release. And the same is expected from this Friday’s releases as three films got released. But looks like no one is likely to win the game.

Sudheer Babu’s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali, Kiran Abbavaram’s Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavadni and Regina-Nivetha’s Saakini Daakini got released this Friday amidst good promotions by the films’ teams. However, none of the movies got a positive talk, at least an above average talk from the box office.

Sudheer Babu’s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali is a slow movie and by the team the second half’s flow gets interesting, we will be losing interest in the movie already. The same is the case with Regina-Nivetha’s Saakini Daakini as they have tried comedy at places where that is not needed, and lacked serious narration when it is needed. Except for the climax action sequences and some police academy scenes, the rest looks outrightly funny.

Kiran Abbavaram’s Nenu Meeku Baaga Kavalsinavadni is a complete rock on the head kinds as the mass content is neither appealing nor engaging. Overdose of mass elements like a typical 90s masala film is complete a no-no for the present set of audience, and the hero has to change his thoughts and writings massively in order to succeed at the box office like his debut film that won accolades on the OTT stream.
