Superstar Mahesh Babu’s fans initiated the trend of re-release in Tollywood. On the occasion of Mahesh’s birthday, the fans ring in the celebrations with the re-release of Pokiri and Okkadu. Later, Chiranjeevi’s fans enjoyed the re-release of Gharana Mogudu while Pawan Kalyan’s fans celebrated the re-release of Jalsa and Okkadu. Now, it’s time for Balakrishna Nandamuri.
On the occasion of Chenna Keshava Reddy completing two decades of release, the fans decided to re-release the film in theatres across the world. The film was released on September 25th, 2022.
The USA fans of the actor are planning more than 25 shows and what’s surprising is the craze for a flop film after two decades of its release.
So far, the fans of Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi picked only successful films for a re-release but for the first time, Balakrishna’s fans took a daring step to re-release a flop film. Balakrishna’s fans are doing it differently this time.
Cut to the past, at the time of the film’s release, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Indra was a huge hit. To break the film’s records, Balakrishna teamed up with Vinayak for Chenna Keshava Reddy. Though the film failed at the box office, there are many scenes from the film, to which the fans rejoice.
The USA fans are also making grand arrangements to celebrate the film’s re-release. Usually, they celebrate Balakrishna’s birthday by organizing rallies, and we have to see if it is the same case now.
On the other hand, the fans in the Telugu states are also planning to organize the film’s special shows in a grand manner. Those who could not watch the film in theatres during its release can catch the movie again amidst the cheers and shouts of fans in packed houses.
VV Vinayak is the film’s director. Shriya Saran, Prudhvi, Devayani, Chalapathi Rao, and others are also a part of the film.
