Though the film got delayed by a long time, finally it has come out that senior hero Akkineni Nagarjuna has come up with a stunning action spectacular after a long time. With the sernior star struggling to rake up moolah at the box office these days with a series of romantic masala films, he’s betting big on “The Ghost” now.
Today the film has completed its Censor formalities and the board has awarded a U/A certificate for the movie. Though the blood and gore in action scenes are trimmed out and the kissing scenes of Nagarjuna get blurred, the board has decided to with U/A only. So what about the film on a whole? As per reports, the film has more than a dozen action sequences where Nagarjuna will be flexing his muscles and showing lots of gunfire and sword yielding too.
People in the know revealed that the film has gripping sentimental scenes in the first half like we have seen it in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram while the second half is a full-on action bonanza. They say that only if people connect to these sentimental scenes, the rest of the action will be enjoyable. For now, director Praveen Sattaru and his team remain fingers crossed.
The Ghost is hitting cinemas on October 5th.
