Already it has come out that the mighty film of Superstar Prabhas, Om Raut’s “Adipurush” will be postponed to a new date in Summer or towards the end of May 2023 but won’t hit cinemas on January 12, 2023, as planned. Though the makers haven’t given any official word about it, a talk is now brewing that the film might go for a little re-shoot too.
As movie lovers and fans complained hugely about the quality of visual effects in the Adipurush teaser, the makers are said to have postponed the release date now, in order to get quality work added to the film’s computer generated graphics. For some of the scenes, the VFX team that is reworking on the graphics, want to replace Prabhas’ footage too, and they want the actor to re-shoot for the same. This is just a rumour being heard, but we have to see if Prabhas will really take part in the re-shoot as his schedule got fully packed already.
Right now, Prabhas is shooting for Salaar under KGF fame Prashant Neel’s direction at a specially erected set in Ramoji Film City and later he has to join the sets of Mahanti fame director’s Project K. In between these two, he wants to wrap a film under Maruthi’s direction too. Will Prabhas put all these ongoing projects on pause to take part in Adipurush reshoots? Watch this space for updates.
