Most Successful Bollywood Movie Of 2022

When Bollywood was struggling to score a decent hit, Ajay Devgn came in as a saviour with his new film Drishyam 2. Since the day of its release, Drishyam 2 is having a dream run at the box office and it is now inching towards the 100-crore mark.

Drishyam 2 is a sequel to the 2015 film Drishyam. It is an official remake of the 2021 Malayalam film of the same name. Abhishek Pathak has directed the project.

Right from the first day, Drishyam 2 generated positive word of mouth. As a result, footfalls increased in theatres across North India. As per the reports, it collected Rs. 10.48 crores on Tuesday. On the whole, the film earned Rs. 86.49 crores in five days of its run. It is expected to cross 100 crores in the next two days.

Friday – Rs. 15.38 cr
Saturday – Rs. 21.59 cr
Sunday – Rs. 27.17 cr
Monday – Rs. 11.87 cr
Tuesday – Rs. 10.48 cr

Total: Rs. 86.49 cr.

Finally, the Bollywood trade industry got much-needed relief with Drishyam 2’s success. Drishyam 2 features Shriya Saran, Tabu and Akshaye Khanna in the key roles.
