Panchathantram is an anthology film of five short stories that seem to be entwined with one another. The trailer starts with Brahmanandam narrating these stories and the theme he has chosen for these stories are the five senses – Sight, Smell, Sound, Taste, and Touch. It’s a modern-day tale that deals with Peace, Fear, Will, Love, and Tenacity.
It features Samuthirakani, Divyavani, Colours Swathi, Shivatmika Rajasekhar, Divya Sripada, Naresh Agastya, Rahul Vijay, Adarsh Balakrishna, Uttej and Vikas Muppala in the prominent roles besides others.It is heard that these stories have connection with the five senses and their part in the lives. Colours Swathi is seen in a challenging role. Prashant R Vihari’s music adds to the visuals. The film is written and directed by debutante Harsha Pulipaka. Sandeep Raj of Colour Photo fame has penned the dialogues.
Overall, the trailer is interesting as it rides on subtle emotions. Produced by Akhilesh Vardhan and Srujan Yarabolu, the film is releasing on Dec 9th in cinemas.
